Announcing the Performance I Create Blog Site Contributors

Are you ready to learn about training/learning and development, performance improvement, instructional design, and so much more?

Well, the call was put out for contributors to write for the Performance I Create (PIC) blog site to share their wealth of knowledge and experience around training/learning and development, performance improvement, instructional design, etc. and I have to say that we have a great group of people that are going to be writing for the site to include:

Katherine Duffy – Rypple

Chris Fields – Blogger at Cost of Work

Amanda Newfield – Amedisys Inc.

Kimberly Seeger – Solution Source Cafe

To learn more about our contributors, be sure check out the PIC Contributors page.

Are you interested in sharing your wealth of knowledge and experience in the learning/training/performance improvement spectrum by contributing weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly posts?

Then the Performance I Create venue may be the place for you to come together with other movers in the industry to share your thoughts.

Who Can Contribute:

  • Trainers
  • Performance Improvement Practitioners
  • HR Professionals
  • Learning & Development Experts
  • Professors
  • Consultants (providing information and not selling)

  • Professionals

Contributors would publish a minimum of one original article per month, with articles ranging between 200-700 words. As a note, you do not have to have a current blog or website to be selected as a contributor.

If you are interested in being selected as a contributor, please email Chris Ponder II at chris@xtremehr.com. In your email, please detail the reason why you are interested in blogging, provide an example of your past writing (i.e., link to blog, articles you have written, etc.), and the link to your LinkedIn profile.
