A Special Announcement: Our Newest Member

Yes, This Is  Happening!

You’ve probably heard the saying “If you’re not getting better, you’re getting worse.” Performance I Create (#PICHR) is all about improvement. We’re the process improvement blog. We help you get better with recruiting, talent management, leadership, employee engagement, training and overall productivity. So it’s only natural that we take our own medicine by constantly looking for way to improve. We do this for YOU, we want this site to be a complete resource for you, the HUMAN RESOURCE professional. With that in mind we are pleased to announce our newest contributor, wait for it, wait for it…BOOM! – Janine Truitt!

Janine TruittYes that’s right, The Czarina of HR, the Chief Owner and Operator of the Aristocracy of HR website and newly launched Talent Think Innovations, LLC., consultancy.  Janine has been extremely active in the social HR circles and especially the last 2 years or so she’s been everywhere. Not to mention the things she does in and around New York. She is truly a Rockstar and a Social HR Beast.  Recently she was part of Robin Schooling’s LASHRM13 Social Media Squad where she excelled. She was also part of Curt Midkiff’s SHRM National Bloggers Team in Chicago where she was a bright spot and a ray of positivity according to, ONLY EVERYONE.

Just the fact that we here at PIC are making this acquisition public in the middle of year as opposed to our normal end of year process, should tell you just how important it is to have her on the team. So sorry all you suckers that didn’t scoop her up and value her grind – potential and work ethic. She’s ours now and we know 100% – without a doubt that this is going to be a successful situation for her and for PIC.

She joins an already talented HR pod with various diverse experiences, skills and voices.

Below are three of my favorite articles by Janine. Visit her site. Follow her on Twitter. Connect with her LinkedIn.  Thank you and welcome aboard Janine. And to the PIC readers – YOU’RE WELCOME.
