What comes to mind when you hear mandatory training?
More than likely the response you elicited is: “ugh”. This response is typical when it comes to mandatory training because many times we use the fact that it is mandatory to make the training long, boring, information intense, and something where we just have to check the box to say it has been completed.
However, it doesn’t have to be this way.
